Originally from Liberia and raised in New York, Lubeck's passion for business shifted to healthcare after caring for her grandmother, inspiring her to pursue nursing. With over 10 years of nursing experience, Lubeck has worked in geriatric care, Med-Surg, neuro, ortho, and mental health. She holds an LPN from Hennepin Technical College, an RN from Rasmussen University, and a BSN/PHN from Capella University. Outside of work, Lubeck enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and exploring new cultures.
